Roof repair & leak diagnosis

Nine out of ten leaks we chase aren't the field of the roof at all — they're a cracked pipe boot, a lifted step flashing where the roof meets a wall, or a valley that was cut short by whoever came before us. We find the actual entry point with a water test instead of guessing, then fix it and show you photos of the repair.

  • Interior and attic inspection to trace the water path back to its source
  • Pipe boot, vent, skylight and chimney flashing replacement
  • Valley rebuilds with ice-and-water shield underneath
  • Nail-pop correction, ridge cap and hip repair, decking patch-ins
  • Two-year warranty in writing on every repair we perform

Full roof replacement

A replacement is a system, not a stack of shingles. We tear off to bare decking so we can see what we're nailing into, replace anything soft, and rebuild the whole assembly — underlayment, ice-and-water in the valleys and at every penetration, new drip edge, new pipe boots, balanced ridge and soffit ventilation.

  • Architectural asphalt — GAF Timberline HDZ, 30+ colors, our most common install
  • Standing-seam metal — 24-gauge, concealed fastener, 40-year finish warranty
  • Synthetic slate & shake — for Heights and Hillcrest homes with historic profiles
  • GAF Golden Pledge coverage up to 50 years on qualifying systems
  • 10-year River City workmanship warranty, transferable once if you sell

Emergency tarping from $450 · Inspections and claim documentation free

Storm & hail damage

Central Arkansas averages several damaging hail events a year, and the week after one is when the out-of-state trucks show up. We live here. Our storm process is built to protect your house first and your claim second — in that order.

  • 24/7 emergency tarping to stop active water intrusion — call (501) 555-7867
  • Documented damage report with dated photos, hail-size reference and slope diagrams
  • An owner attends your adjuster meeting at no charge
  • Supplement handling for code items your carrier missed on the first scope
  • We will tell you plainly when we don't think you have a claim

Seamless gutters & drainage

We roll gutter on site so your runs have no seams to split in February. Sizing matters more than most people think: a steep, wide roof plane feeding a 5" gutter will overshoot in a Delta downpour no matter how clean it is, so we size to the drainage area and add downspouts where the math says to.

  • Seamless 5" and 6" K-style aluminum in 15 baked-enamel colors
  • Hidden hangers screwed into the fascia every 24" — no spikes
  • Micro-mesh leaf guard for oak-heavy lots in the Heights and Maumelle
  • Downspout extensions and buried drain lines to move water off the foundation
  • Fascia and soffit repair when rot is found behind the old run

Inspections & maintenance

Our 28-point inspection takes about forty-five minutes and produces a photo report you can forward to anyone — an insurer, a buyer's agent, or your brother-in-law who has opinions about roofs. If everything is fine, we say so and put an estimated remaining service life on it.

  • 28-point photo report covering field, penetrations, flashings, ventilation and gutters
  • Moisture readings at every suspect area, plus attic decking check
  • Real-estate roof certifications turned around in one business day
  • Annual maintenance plan: two visits a year, sealant refresh, gutter clear-out, priority storm scheduling
  • Plan members get 10% off any repair and never pay a service-call fee

Warranty & questions

The parts people actually ask about

What exactly does the warranty cover?

Two things, and they're separate. The manufacturer warranty covers the materials — on a qualifying GAF system installed by a Master Elite contractor, that can run up to 50 years including labor under the Golden Pledge. Our own 10-year workmanship warranty covers how we installed it. If a shingle blows off in year six because of how it was fastened, that's ours to fix, free.

Do you require money up front?

No deposit on repairs. On replacements we collect a materials deposit when the load is delivered to your driveway, and the balance when the job passes final walkthrough with you standing there. Insurance jobs follow your carrier's two-check schedule and we never ask you to front the depreciation.

How long does a replacement take?

Most Central Arkansas homes are a one-day tear-off and install with a crew of seven or eight. Steep, cut-up roofs and metal systems run two to three days. We don't start a job we can't dry in the same day, so weather can push a start date — we'll call you the evening before either way.

Will my yard be a nail field afterward?

We run rolling magnets over the driveway, walks and the full drip line before the crew leaves, and again the following morning with fresh eyes. Landscaping gets tarped before tear-off begins. If you find a nail after we're gone, call and we'll come sweep again.

Can you match a roof from 2004?

Usually close, rarely exact — shingle lines get discontinued and sunlight fades what is already up there. For a partial replacement we'll bring physical samples to hold against your existing field and be honest about how noticeable the difference will be from the street.

Ready for a number you can trust?

Send us the address and a couple of photos. We'll schedule an inspection this week and have a written, line-item quote to you the same day we're on the roof.
