A free 30-minute conversation about your business, your customers, and what a website needs to do for you. If we're a fit, we scope a proposal within 48 hours. If we're not, we say so and point you somewhere better.
The Process
Five weeks. Six steps. Zero surprises.
Every Arkana project follows the same rhythm — because a repeatable process is what lets a one-person studio deliver work as reliable as a much bigger firm.
Week 1
Brand & content workshop
A 90-minute working session, in-person in Little Rock or over video. We go through your business, your customers, your competitors, and what you actually want the site to say. The output is a written brief that drives everything else.
Weeks 2–3
Design
Two rounds of static design comps — home page first, then interior pages. Reviewed in-person or over screen-share. Nothing gets built until you've signed off on the design direction and every page's copy.
Weeks 3–4
Build
Hand-coded HTML, CSS, and TypeScript on a staging URL you can visit anytime. Nightly updates. Every feature tested on iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows before it moves to launch. No template. No page builder. No shortcuts.
Week 5
Harden & launch
Security baseline configured: DNSSEC, CAA, TLS, headers, backups. A pre-launch checklist reviewed together. Domain cutover on a Tuesday morning at 6am — so if anything goes sideways, we have the whole day to fix it.
Ongoing
Care
Monthly reports. Quarterly reviews. Content edits when you need them. A phone number that reaches the person who built the thing. If you're on a Care plan, the site keeps getting better every month it's live.
